Happy O’s Trail Mix

Makes 3 cups

 

    2 cups round, whole-grain toasted oat cereal

    ¼ cup dried cranberries

    ¼ cup golden raisins

    ¼ cup crumbled banana chips

    1 tbsp peanuts

 

    In a medium bowl, combine the oat cereal, cranberries, raisins, banana chips and peanuts. 

 

    Prep time:  5 minutes

 

    Per ¼ cup:  49 calories, 1.2 g fat (22% of calories), 0.2 g dietary fiber, no cholesterol, 50 mg sodium
