Veggie-Chicken Stir-fry

 

1 tbsp cooking oil                                                                                1/3 cup baby corn

1 chicken breast, skinned and cut into chunks                                1/3 cup water chestnuts, sliced

1/3 cup pea pods                                                                                   1 clove garlic

1/3 cup mushrooms, sliced                                                                   Salt and pepper, to taste

1/3 cup bell pepper, cut into strips                                                      Soy sauce, to taste

 

Heat the oil in a wok.  Then, add the chicken and cook it (stirring frequently) for about 3 minutes.  Next, add in the peas, mushrooms, bell pepper, baby corn, water chestnuts, and garlic.  Now, flavor with salt, pepper, and soy sauce.  Continue to cook until the chicken is cooked through.  Serve immediately.
